Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. The fourth generation of the Roberts generation to reside in Atlanta starting with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was a young man when he was interested in theatre. He was a part of the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions in Atlanta. He joined the Air Force, and was stationed in Biloxi the Mississippi coast, he was a part of the production of Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, they got married and, in 1956, their child Eric Anthony was born. After 1957, the couple resigned from the military and Walter entered Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. The family moved in 1960 and moved to Decatur Georgia. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local children's Saturday morning show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies and their Buddies, which they themselves funded. They created an Actors and Writers Workshop in that same year. It ran for six years. They welcomed in 1965 two more children into their lives: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
