Laura Linney has been hailed as one of America's most well-known actors. Linney is renowned as a strong actress but as at risk. In the summer, while working with her father's business Laura Linney fell in love by theatre. After that she attended Brown University she studied acting and at Juilliard School, after which, her career took off. In the two years following her graduation she started an Broadway career. Two years later, she was on television. Since then she's been in many TV productions, films and stage plays. Over the course of her career, she won several awards, among them the two Golden Globe Awards. The actress has received nominations for five Tony Awards as well as three Academy Award nominations. But, in spite of her awards and accolades, the theatre is still her passion and she'll continue to act on both stage and screen.
