Her birth date is March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Her name is Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson was born in Mexico as the daughter of Mexican parents Alan Stevenson and Rita Stevenson. Her heritage is Mexican American however she has an American citizenship. Her desire to play sports began as a small kid. Gerina began golfing when she was fifteen years old. Gerina completed her high school education through Goddard High School. In high school, she took home her first prize at the New Mexico golf state tournament. She was also a volleyball player and competed at the state level. At the age of 2003, she enrolled at the University of Texas. Her senior year was a success. she won every single tournament that she took part in. Through her college years she won her Conference USA Player of The Year Award as well as The UTEP Female Sport Athelete Award.
